Section 1. Use of Content.

The Company authorizes you to view the materials on this Web site (the "Web site") solely for your personal, non-commercial use. All names, logos and marks appearing in this site, except as otherwise noted, are trademarks owned or used under license by the Company or its affiliates in the geographies where the Company markets products bearing such trademarks. The use or misuse of these trademarks or any other content on this site, except as provided in these terms and conditions or in the site content, is strictly prohibited.

You may not sell or modify the content of this Web site or reproduce, display, publicly perform, distribute, or otherwise use the materials in any way for any public or commercial purpose without the Company's written permission. The use of this content on any other Web site or in a networked computer environment for any purpose is prohibited.

You may not copy or adapt the code in any programming language that the Company creates to generate its pages or content. It is also protected by the Company's copyright.

(A.) Content Development.

By using this site, you agree that the content development does not mean ownership and that you have no rights to copyright, pictures, label art or any other material used for the development of your presentation. The presentation is property of Link2Pro and you agree that you are a temporary user of our license for the sole purpose of content development. Photos and text provided for your content become property of Link2Pro and may be used in other presentations unless expressly prohibited in writing, by copyright or by trademark.

(B.) Order Approval.

No orders will be processed without Buyer’s approval of content, pictures and label art. Buyer states they are owner of and have exclusive rights to content material they provide to the Seller. Seller will not duplicate any unlawful material content or any content that is deemed threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, indecent, or profane material that could constitute or encourage conduct that would be considered a criminal offense or violate any law or regulation.

I understand that once content of material has been approved by me, and submitted to Seller, any changes thereafter will result in additional charges of a set up or change fee to be determined by Seller prior to production.

I understand that the Seller will not be responsible for any errors submitted on my behalf and duplicated on my order.

(C.) Payment Policy

Authorized Distributors may be given payment terms (depending on approved credit). Otherwise, we accept most major credit cards including Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover. All payments must be made in U.S. Dollars. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number that is listed on your credit card bill. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order. If the shipping address differs from the billing address, the order process may be delayed. Your credit card will be billed upon shipment of product and receipt of credit authorization. Your credit card will be billed under the name of Varient Marketing, Inc., the parent company of Link2Pro.

Price does not include applicable taxes. Taxes will be added by Seller to the sales price and will be paid by the Buyer unless Buyer provides Seller with proper tax exemption certificate or Tax ID number.

Prices do not include shipping. All shipping is FOB Boise, Idaho. Shipping will be added by the Seller to the total price and will be paid by the Buyer.

(D.) Return Policy.

No Refunds or Returns will be honored on Custom Designed Presentations unless proven to be defective.

Defective Merchandise: Any product that Link2Pro determines to be defective can be returned to Link2Pro within 30 days of invoice date. Link2Pro or its authorized Distributor will arrange to pick up the repackaged defective items via a shipping carrier. Link2Pro will then ship a replacement product to you at no charge.

(E.) Shipping Terms.

Shipping terms are FOB Boise, Idaho. Items are shipped upon credit approval. Most orders are shipped within 7-10 business days, excluding Saturday, Sunday and Holidays. Orders are invoiced the day the order ships. Products that do not ship the same day may be held due to credit approval. Because of verification requirements, a day or more may be required for orders with different billing and shipping address. We encourage our customers to use the same billing address for shipping. Products will not be shipped to P.O. Boxes. Shipping charges are based on the total weight and location of the items in your order and the means of shipping chosen by the customer. Shipping and handling charges are added to your bill.

Link2Pro Security Statement

I've heard a lot about Secure Sites. What does that mean?

Before completing any transaction on a website, you should make sure it is a Secure Site. Being on a Secure Site means you are connected under the cloak of SSL security. You can tell if you are on a Secure Site if you see a padlock or key somewhere along the bottom of your browser's window. If the lock is closed or if the key is unbroken, you are dealing with a Secure Site.

What is SSL and how does it protect my security?

Where applicable, we use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology for mutual authentication, data encryption and data integrity- all to ensure secure transactions for our customers. SSL is the industry standard security protocol to encode sensitive information, such as your credit card number. SSL creates a shared digital key, which only lets the sender and the receiver of the transmission scramble or unscramble information. To everyone else, even the servers relaying the message, the SSL transmission is indecipherable. SSL encryption can only be broken by intercepting the encrypted message, recording it, and using a computer to try every possible combination until the key is cracked. Most keys range from 40 to 1,024 digits long...as you can imagine, the number of possible combinations can be into the billions and beyond!

Ok, so how about encryption?

Encryption is based on the mathematical scrambling and unscrambling of messages. The type of encryption we use assigns two keys - one is a public key and one is a private key. When you send us a message, you use our public key to encrypt your message. Once we receive your encrypted message, we use the private key to decode it. The same key cannot both encrypt and decrypt information. So, information encrypted using the private key can only be decrypted using the public key, and vice versa- ensuring the security of your information.
